I had my hair cut without an appointment and it was great. They listened t what i had to say and asked me some questions before they got down to cutting. I got exactly what i wanted and was treated in a very nice way leaving me feeling great. Will certainly be going back.

Disinterested and grumpy service; I was the first customer of the day, and I needed a quick men's cut and dry with a little styling, but I didn't expect to be gazumped by another customer who came in after 2 minute requesting a hairdry and cut. The staff couldn't find a clean hairbrush and she set about drying her own hair.. The guy doing my hair rushed to "finish", slapped on some wax and said "okay?". End of. Very average to poor haircut.

Honestly, how difficult is it to show a bit of customer service..?
