This is truly one of the worst hairdressers I have ever been to, so much so that I never write reviews but this deserved one. I work near this hair salon and desperately needed a bit of a trim, went in, there was an offer on for £35 for first time customers... explained EXACTLY what I wanted to the woman.. I am getting married in 6 months so only needed 1/2 inch off and "thinning scissors" put through just to thin it out, but not layers. Probably one of the most simple hair requests there could be.

Instead of getting this, I got 3 inches chopped off - I now have to hope this grows back out in time for my wedding.. and layers that make me look like some rocker from the 80's. When I said it wasn't exactly what I wanted she said she could only cut more to make the length against the layers back. There was no way that was going to happen, the damage had been done already. All of this, plus the fact that I went in at 5:30pm and didn't leave until 7:15, really did not impress.

Then, to add insult to injury, instead of being charged the £35 which I should have been (I mentioned I was a new customer) I was charged approx £50 for the worst hair cut of my entire life. If you are thinking of going to this salon, avoid at all costs, and pay a little more to go to Charles Worthington which is only 50ft down the road (and no I don't work there but its a damn sight better than the mop I was left with at this place).
