I wanted a wash and blow dry after shopping on Saturday. My usual was busy and so I tried Seanhanna. The receptionist was really nice and said to come back in an hour, she advised me not to book it with her and I'd get it for 'walk in price' £15.
After a coffee I returned and had a great experience at this salon. Head massage and conditioning treatment were an extra bonus.

Went to the Wimbledon salon for the first time today. Staff were talented, professional, friendly. Excellent consultation and service. Very pleased with colour and I will be returning for a cut and more colour. Highly recommended.

I've been here a few times. i have a lady called moon sook?? ( Korean lady) Each time she has cut my hair it's been great. last visit she was on holiday so i had a guy ( cant remember name) but was also great - nice atmosphere. i like they seem genuinely enthusiastic about being there. Apart from a young girl who looked a little lost, it's all very professional. I don't normally get excited about going to hair salon but these guys make it OK.

This was my first time at this salon & I would the experience to be very good. My hair stylist Nick was attentive & took care to ask how I style my hair normally and I left with a cut that I am very happy with. They also send you a text afterwards to say thanks for coming. I am coming back again.

i was recomeded to sean hannah in wimbledon by a friend and when i googled the salon i was shocked to see these reviews as my friend had raved about it. i decided to give it a chance anyway.
i rang the salon and spoke to a receptionist who explained that as i was recommended by a friend i would receive 30% off!ni decided to book in for my colour and cut. they explained about a patch test which i had already had when in the salon with my friend i booked an appointment for a full head of hi lights and a cut.
when i entered the salon it was busy but i was instantly greeted by a receptionist who took my belongings led me to a section and offered me refreshments. i waited a couple of minutes and was greeted by my colourist who spoke to me about my colour, she explained that the colour i had was nice but if i added some other lowlights it would make my complexion brighter, the stylist also agreed and advised me to have my layers a bit shorter to add body.
i was apprehensive but i have to say i am delighted with the results i feel 10 years younger and was treated very well by the staff also had a lowly relaxing head massage!
don't listen to previous reviews i had a very good experience and would recommend to anyone.
i re booked and also got a loyalty card.

Had a terrible result at the salon in Wimbledon.

A very young and clearly inexperienced colourist set about doing my highlights without the stylist even coming for a chat to see how I wanted my hair cut and if the colour would work with it.

The colour results were terrible, brassy, yellow, large roots still visible. Cut was ok. All for the bargain price of £155.

I went back to have the colour corrected by the senior colourist who agreed the original colour was just awful. She which improved it slightly but my hair is still quite yellow and cheap looking.

Off to Aveda on Saturday to get it sorted by proper professionals but clearly an added expense and the condition of my hair has really suffered.

Avoid this place!

I have to agree with the previous post's review. The only decent thing about my visit was the nice head massage I got when my hair was washed. Other than that, my stylist made no effort to be friendly, let alone chatty. She didn't introduce herself and made no attempt at conversation. Usually I wouldn't complain about this but she seemed at pains to even smile. I got the feeling she was in a rush to get me out the door as I was the last appointment of the day because from start to finish, I was in there no longer than 25 minutes (and I have long, curly hair that is demanding at the best of times!) I further got the impression my stylist was in a rush because she was yanking my hair extremely hard as though she was in a hurry to get it cut - to the point that she even knew because she mumbled a faint apology. To top it off though, as most hairdressers tell me, curly hair needs attention and styling. This hairdresser however, decided not to both and, after a couple of minutes on it with a diffuser, decided she was going to leave it wet 'so that it wouldn't get frizzy'. I was baffled by the logic because surely leaving it to dry naturally would make it even more frizzy (I found my theory was correct as my hair dried over the next hour). NEVER have I left a salon within 25 minutes of arriving and NEVER have I left with wet hair. It's clear this stylist couldn't be bothered with anything and I got to pay £50 for the privilege of her half-hearted service. Having been to Sean Hanna in Worcester Park, I know not all there salons are like this, but I would not recomment the Wimbledon salon to anybody, not unless you want a rushed haircut and to leave with a style that looks worse than when you walked in.

I went to Sean Hanna for a haircut for the first time today. I found the service to be incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. My hairdresser (no names mentioned) barely said one word to me except "come over to the basin" and at the end of my cut "is that ok for you?"

This was surprising to me since everytime I have been to a hairdresser, talk always turns to the latest episode of the X factor/how my weekend is going/general chit chat to pass the time.

All I can say is I hope my particular hairdressers colleagues in the Sutton branch are friendlier!

Excellent. Great hairdressing. Very reliable: whoever you see, you know you're in safe hands. Creative. Friendly.
