Very pleasantly surprised! Samantha cut my long wavy hair and the result is exactly what I wanted. Having had a couple of extremely bad cuts from other salons I was really nervous and hadn't had it cut for ages.
She listened to what I wanted, and was really confident in the way she cut. Also didn't take as long as some other supposed "senior" stylists I've been to, who have chipped away at it awkwardly. Really happy.
The salon itself is very busy and a little noisy and messy, but that's my only small criticism.
