Wedge

Wedge is fantastic. Stylists actually listen to you and make you fell confortable. It's a realy relaxed place, a real pleasure to go there. I wish my hair would grow faster so I could go there more often !

Booked a fringe cut five days in advance, was called to try and change the time but I explained I couldn't make the time they were suggesting, so was told to go along at the original time booked. Hairdresser was very rude when I turned up, saying he was double booked and I'd have to wait 20 minutes (for a pre-booked 5 minute appointment?). I emphasized that I had booked and had already explained I couldn't make a later time. He was very rude and unhelpful and basically said tough. So I went next door and got a lovely cut and a £20 off next visit voucher. A friend at work also had bad experience - her pre-booked visit took two hours (for a cut and blow) as she was kept waiting at every stage of the process, and at no point was offered an apology. They can be as rude as they like, there are a million salons vying for business on Cally Road, we'll see who wins out.
