I have always found the staff at Stars friendly, and for men they provide a good service at a very fair price.

They should look after their younger customers better. My daughter saved her pocket money in the last few months so that she can have her hair coloured. However it cam out redder than previously and it was a complete disaster. She is very upset and refuses to go back there for the 'colour to be fixed'. They should therefore have offered a total or part refund of the £86 that she has spent on a job badly done and this would have been the fair thing to do.
