i went to toni and guy for the 1st time recently and i will be with the same stylist from now on. i had been to my usual hair salon in mill hill and i think the stylist was in a rush, i left in tears as the job was so bad and to make matters worse i had been growing my hair for ages. i went to toni and guy and was pleasantly surprised. i expected it to be stuck up and over priced, but was great value for what i left with. my stylist jamie was very friendly and he did a great job of fixing the mess i came in with. i was able to keep most of the length and left feeling like a model.
i'm sure all toni and guy salons will be just as good, but i'm happy to stick with this one. Melanie
