Service here is always friendly - this salon is also quiet & relaxing, as it's hidden along the back of Covent Garden.
Staff always ask exactly what you want (and how long/short) before going ahead with any cutting, which I really like as usually hairdressers just do what they want.
I've been using them for about a year and have never come out with a bad haircut. (Which is unusual for me!)
Highly recommended.
