Having worn glasses for many years now, Orb is without doubt the BEST opticians I have ever dealt with.
Really nice shop, all the latest equipment (I do like seeing new technology!) and an excellent range of glasses/sunglasses to choose from.
But the best part are the people that run it. Very experienced, always taking their time with you and nothing is too much trouble from them......despite no longer working in London anymore I still travel up just to see them.
A true boutique of an opticians.

This is the best opticians I've ever visited (and I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years). The opthalmic optician is very thorough, explaining at all times what he is doing. The dispensing optician is very helpful with frame choice. I needed varifocals for the first time and they worked with me to ensure that I had the correct lenses. Excellent customer service and very friendly.

I have been using them for a few years now (they were previously within the Washin Japanese shop center on Regent's Street). I could only highly recommend them. Very professional, always friendly, they make sure you are happy and they guide you into your choice. They are ready to give you a frank opinion if you want, which is something I always appreciate from a seller. They mainly deal with premium quality brands rather than just fashion brands, which is something I appreciate

Having visited several high street optical chains. I came across the independently owned Orb opticians. The service I received was of a very high standard where they actually took their time to give me a thorough eye test and spent the time to talk me through their excellent choice of frames to suit my needs.
Highly recommended and really worth a visit.
