I have been a customer of Insight opticians for several years and have always found the staff and service to be of excellent standard. The eye tests and explanations of findings have always been highly comprehensive, and advice in choosing frames has always been very helpful. On several occaisions frames that were not in stock have been ordered for me especially, under no obligation to purchase. The staff are friendly, caring and extremely helpful, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my eyecare!

I bought a glasses case from this shop in March 2010. I was charged £8-95.

I returned to buy a similar glasses holder on 22 May. I was charged half as much.

When I mentioned that I had been charged over £8-00 for the same product a few weeks before, the manager merely said that the woman who had in effect robbed me was no longer working there. He offered no recompense.

I will not be buying products from this store again.
