Miltons Eyecare provides a wonderful, professional experience. I have been going there for over 30 years and have always received a top notch service. The staff always help me choose my glasses frames and you can be confident that the quality of optometry at the practice is second to none. The practice isn’t local to me, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great service Mr Harrisberg is very thorough. We have used them for years and travel a long distance to do so.
When we have used other opticians the quality of glasses / prescriptions has been poor so now only go to Miltons.

the place could be refurbished, small rooms upstairs, and old. The german lady is good at her job though, her visual field and eye pressure are properly done. She does NHS appointment too, not sure the gentleman does.

Watch out! The prices are very high, and the service is the worst I've ever had in the 30 years I've been using opticians. I went in for a contact lens appointment. They charged me top whack but don't give me a prescription until after I'd given them an old one they could update. Why they are incapable of doing a test themselves from scratch is beyond me. Are they not qualified? That's definitely the impression they gave me. I was given a totally patronising response to my complaint to. So avoid this one if you don't want to be ripped off. There's a Boots Opticans nearby!

Mr Harrisberg has been looking after mine and my family's eyes since the 1980s, and my wife's since the 1970s. He is a first rate optician and has always provided a first rate service.
Although we have recently left London we still travel back to Miltons Eyecare for eye tests and check-ups.
I cannot recommend him too highly.

Not a particularly great experience in terms of service. Equipment is old and looks outdated. Rooms were small and cluttered. Paying was a chore as every time the phone rang it cut out the card machine and we had to start again. The lady with the South African accent could do with some lessons in customer service too.
All in all, not a good customer experience.
