Anyone going to New Era Optical will receive a wonderful service. A thorough eye test followed by an extremely informative and mega patient help with choosing the best frame and lenses.
My daughter has also had eye test and bought glasses at New Optical, her comment was that "They are so helpful and never rush you. I don't want to go to the chain opticians again, they are rubbish in comparison".

Go here at your own risk! I took in my brand-spanking new Chanel glasses in perfect condition for the frames to be adjusted. When I got them home I realised the lens had been fractured by heat.
I politely asked for them to be fixed. The optician without looking at the lenses REFUSED to admit he could have been at fault and said I was welcome to take it further but he would not consider himself responsible as he would never make a mistake. I am shocked he would so rudely and unapologetically refuse liability as there was no other explanation. A terrible experience.
