Friendly approachable staff. A wide selection of stylish frames and shades, some of which I haven't seen anywhere else. Surprisingly perhaps given their range there are prices to suit the most budget aware of customers. I have personally found some real bargains in the past. The selection is incredible, would normally be found in a upmarket niche store. They also stock lovely range of childrens frame to flatter any child's face, these may or may not be on display depending how much other stock is out, so do ask. My family has been customers for 9 years after defecting from D&A whose selection is surprisingly more limited and less stylish.
