Customer services are just so bad.

Have had issues with my glasses since the day after it was purchased. Over two years ago.

Minimal issues that in some way or another gets resolved.

Bad vibe when the first question you are asked is of your glasses where bought there.

I think it would be much more pleasant to hear, let me see what I can do for you? Instead.

I regret every time I go inside.

Having lived in Chiswick all my life, I'm really pleased to have an optical shop stocking the highest quality eyewear products.
The selection made by Chris in the store is second to none, and the service in the store is great.
I have walked into many opticians and have to politely leave as there is just not the thing I am looking for.

Yvonne was able to really help me decide which frames which I am really grateful for, and I will definitely be coming back.

I recommend looking at the Ray Bans, Tom Fords, Dita, and Oliver Peoples.

I have visited the Chiswick High Road branch a few times and I get a strong impression that unless you buy something, your not important. If you're just browsing and not planning on making a purchase, then they're not interested in you. People that review this outlet highly, are customers who received brilliant customer service because they actually made a purchase. Everyone else is quickly dismissed. Theres a sort of snooty vibe going on here and I certainly will not be returning.
