Melissa is a master at getting the prescription so precisely perfect it's amazing, and the eye test is such a lovely procedure with Melissa, she really puts you at ease! Jackie is a magician at working with you on getting the right frames, and is such a lovely person to deal with. Amazing team!

I got a pair of gradient lens trifocals for everyday use with lovely green tint transitions, and gradient lens bifocal office glasses specifically for monitor and reading documents at work, both absolutely spot on and have transformed my life and days at work spent in front of the computer.

If you have kids, then Melissa is the best in London. My daughter started using glasses at 1.5yrs old and she is 9 now. I can't recommend her enough. From finding tiny glasses , replacements or mending broken glasses . Melissa has always been on top. Her charges her fair, services and products excellent and she keeps on eye on what can be claimed under the nhs for each child so you don't over pay. I will never take my child anywhere else . A wonderful team.

I would not recommend this optometrist. I had her make up some glasses and she botched the prescription, even though she was the one that tested my eyes in the first place! The glasses were unusable and she and her staff were extremely unhelpful when I asked her to help me. In the end she told me that my eyes were not adapting to her lenses and offered to replace the lenses (for the price of new ones, of course). Steer well clear.

Melissa Conway Opticians is a wonderful, friendly shopping experience. My little boy had been complaining he had headaches, which we found to mean he needed glasses, Melissa treated him effortlessly - he felt fully comfortable in her care. We found him glasses that he loves - and I even found a nice pair of glasses for myself. Could not recommend her highly enough.
