Complaint poor customer service, order for new lenses ignore not sent to lab and waiting for 5 weeks and counting.
I demand full refund of £39 and compensation for waiting my time. I rely on glasses, i work on computer for 8 hours everyday and i am using prescription glasses that are out of date
Worst customer service, ignore my calls and give excuses wait for text. I paid £39 upfront for new lenses to be put into my frames on 9th August. Assistant wrote 24th August collection date on my receipt. I have been waiting 5 weeks, i have been ringing every week asking where are my glasses. My frames were not sent off the lab and it has been sitting in the tray for 5 weeks. I want a full refund and compensation for wasting my time.
