This is the worst place you could possibly take your glasses or order glasses from. They are the most unprofessional people I've ever met. I bought a pair of glasses and lenses from them and within two weeks, the blue lenses started coming off which should NEVER EVER happen and a chip in the lense was caused cause they put the frame around the lense too tight. I called immediately to have this fixed and was assured they would be fixed. When the glasses were then suppose to be fixed they called me and argued they wouldn't do it for free even though they had already assured me they would and had admitted their mistake. Their receptionist even hung up on me when I reminded her of this. They sent my glasses back unfixed and the box broken. If you care about your eyes, stay away from this place. All they care about is your money especially the new manager and they have no idea what professionalism is or duty of care or what actual quality work looks like.

After trying four different opticians to mend my urgently needed glasses I luckily tried this branch. I was treated with courtesy and the glasses were mended free of charge Made my day.
