After a very disappointing experience at a very large retailer I decided to return to Kingsley Opticians. I thought I could save money by changing. I was right in that it was cheaper, but had not taken into account the importance of service and information. I felt that the time and care that they took over my eye test, choice of lenses, frames and fitting was well worth the difference in cost. Each stage of the eye test was explained with all the medical implication. The staff all work as a team. This creates a very welcoming environment.
