AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had when buying goods. The team seem warm and friendly however I had an eye test and bought glasses that were fitted incorrectly. I have returned now 5 times to the store to collect without success. I have spent a lot of money and still no glasses.

I had an eye test done at this branch in Well Street, and the woman was so warm, friendly, and professional making it a very enjoyable and helpful experience, excellent customer service, very happy to recommend.

I visited today for an eye test, I chose this place as it was convenient, but I was SO incredibly impressed by all the staff! Professional, friendly and well, I've really been blown away!!! Thank you to all the wonderful people!!!
