Great service, optician very professional he took the time to explain my results and advised me special driving glasses which I went for. Love them.
Great opticians, with a great team. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed about everything, the Customer Service is very poor in my opinion also lack of communication with the optician himself.
Long story short, i booked an appointment as due the pandemic i had to close my account with my previous optician ( BIG mistake) so decided to to to Lais.
Had to pay in advance 3 months contact lenses and the glasses i ordered which was fine but the only problem was, they couldn't find the correct contact lenses for me, in the first attempt the lenses were wrong, so waited a few week for different contact lenses to arrive but these were wrong again so i called asking to get a refund.
They did everything they could with any excuses to don't give me the full refund.
Despite vary attempts after a few months still they couldn't find the correct prescription for my eyes.
At the end, exhausted i asked again to get the refund as i didn't want to continue with them.
I didn't received the full refund of course.
People don't go there!!!! A good optician? Leightons Optician and you won't be disappointed!

I have been using this optician for years for my autistic child and it was closer to my house as well but I am never ever satisfied with their services, especially today afternoon I went there the lady on the front desk was way too rude and doesn’t know how to communicate with clients nicely......really disappointed and won’t be back in my rest of life....

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Our staff are trained to accommodate every ones need no matter how big or small. I have tried to look into this in more detail, but cannot find anyone under that name in our system or couldn't trace back any issue to this date. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we keep a detailed log of everyone coming into store. Just visited Lais Opticians, after seeing a sign outside for 2 pairs of glasses at £50. Excellent choice of glasses staff explained deal and glasses were ready while I was waiting. Excellent service, highly recommended.

my family and I have been going to Lais opticians for years and do have to admit the service has been very wonderful, a close family experience to be exact. Alot has change since they have taken over from the previous owner. A better selection of frames, one hour services and eye doctors who care. They always been very helpful and service with a smile. Thank you

I was overdue for mycheckup...as usual, which seems the norm to me and my friends and was looking forward to seeing the old friendly faces BUT it's changed hands!!! No welcome hello how are you, how's mum etc no friendly banter just how much money can we get out of you!!!! Hang your heads in shame. You've taken a good local bussines and destroyed it's heart. No recommendations here
