Crispe Opticians

I have been with Crispe Opticians for many years and had my annual test (I am 78) this afternoon.
They are an excellent team: Mr. Vaghela is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and takes the trouble to keep up-to-date with new techniques and technology : every time I visit there is a new piece of equipment and the staff are given specialist training. Mrs. Vaghela is very welcoming and efficient and they have always been able to match my requests for different types of spectacles.
Some years ago Mr. Vaghela noticed a cataract in the centre of my left eye: I was referred to Northwick Park and had the operation at their Moorfields out-post quickly and painlessly - no trouble since.
I cannot recommend this practice too highly for its expertise and friendliness.

My husband and I have been visiting Mr Vaghela at Crispe Opticians, Eastcote for several years.

The quality of testing and friendliness is impeccable, my husband is diabetic so sight testing very important for him.

Mrs Vaghela is incredibly supportive, sensitive and meticulous in measuring and advising on suitable frames.

Jack, again very knowledgeable and calm. I have a complicated prescription but am delighted with the spectacles prescribed. Had an idea of what I wanted but limited by the strong lenses I need. Have ended up with a beautiful, light and trendy pair of spectacles which I will be proud to wear.
