Worst experience ever! rude and incompetent with pushing sales and zero customer service!!
I went there with an NHS voucher + my old good quality lens + paid money for upgrading my vafifocal to my latest prescription. I ended up losing my old lens "disposed" as said without asking me initially if I would like to keep of dispose!!! Then after two days of using the their "vafifocal" which I paid a premium to my voucher to get was far far worst then my initial lens!!! I went back and I met my worst experience with an owner so far in London. Only sales pushing, rudely claiming that I'm asking him to pay for me from his pocket!!! No refund offering what he says a " peace of mind guarantee" which has no peace nor is a guarantee it is a way to not give your money back if you receive a product that shouldn't initially have been sold due to very limited functionality.
Never going back again!!

Worst experience ever! The owner is rude and incompetent!
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from him and both had problems, despite quick service!
Problems can occur with any product or service people purchase, but the way that the customer service deals with it, tells you a lot.
I had to wait nearly 3 weeks of me calling and them not. To finally be told we texted you the day before...they hadn't.
They served people who came after me and the glasses still had problems!
I would not recommend Avoid!!!

I cannot tell you how wonderful the service was. I broke the arm on my (only) pair of glasses and Vision Express told me they were unfixable. So I ordered 2 new sets from VIsion Express and tried to get them fixed elsewhere. All other opticians said no ... Until I called here. They fixed my glasses and quoted half the price for a new set (which I did order!). My family and I will be visiting here anymore! All in all it made my day.
