Walked into Sen health with a bad back pain yesterday, and walked out feeling much better, really enjoyed the experience there. top quality staff and treatment.

I have been sneezing and coughing due to an allergy and a friend recommended I book for acupuncture at Sen Herbs. I was not feeling well and in a vunerable position only this can account for the fact that I was somehow persuaded to part with £600 for a course of 8 treatments and 3 pots of indeterminate herbal substances. I've since taken the herbs which have not helped at all, and my second acupuncture treatment had a severe side-effect of giving me cystitis. Bizarely, I am no longer sneezing but would prefer to be sneezing than deal with cystitis! To sum up, the acupuncture can help, but don't be like me - have one session and see how you go. Don't dream of booking an expensive course until you have proof that the treatment is effective. I'm afraid Sen is a rathehr money-grabbing company that gives alternative medicine a bad name. I've since had a much happier experience at Neal's Yard on the King's Road which offers excellent acupuncture.
