I came across Natural Wellness on my way back from a meeting in central london. I asked for an hour deep tissue massage as I had a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. The massage lady was brilliant! Very thorough and knew exactly what to do. Will definitely be back no doubt! Thanks Ian

Best Chinese massage in London. In fact best massage in London. I suffer with rheumatic arthritis in my joints and have bad neck and lower backache. The only relief I get is from their massages and walking on my back

A friend recommended this Chinese Health Store to me for when I visted town next.

I got some Chinese special Tea (in addition to the free cups!) and some herbal cream.

I also had time for a massage from one of the polite staff who pleasantly carried out soothing treatment. I was there for a short stay this time, as I had the last train home to catch from Piccadilly Circus, which is just around the corner, but I hope to be visiting there again soon. The price is reasonable and the courteous attitude of the manager (James) and staff was much appreciated.

Recommended. (HM) 18 June 2010.

By a chance passing, I had the pleasure of visiting Natural Wellness in Peter Street this evening and was moved to add a review. I was greeted at the door and enquired about massages to which I was politely shown the options of type (several) and cost based on time spent. I was very fortunate to have the professional and exquisite services of a lovely Chinese masseuse who understood exactly what was required and applied herself with great skill and care, such that I was left feeling so much better than when I entered.

Costs were most reasonable (I extended my stay on the fly as it was so good) and the service professional, caring and just right. No hesitation in recommending them.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this fairly new Health Shop in Soho about 6 times so far for herbs, creams, strain treatment and (when better) simply relaxation massage for tired bones!

The shop is clean, tidy and well run. The owner is courteous and helpful with free cups of Chinese Tea or Spring Water (chilled or normal) on offer. There is often a lady doctor acupuncture specialist available for treatments and to also advise on herbs, etc (although some translation may be needed as the boxes have little English on them at present but some have instructions inside).

Both ladies and gentlemen, sports persons are catered for by the doctor, several masseuses and staff on duty, who assist customers or carry out their procedures courteously and in a caring manner. Some procedures are carried out in special chairs for head/neck massages as can be seen through the shop window and short visits are also possible for busy people in their meal breaks, etc.

The prices of herbal products are reasonable with discount for quantity (they also have some unusual-looking huge mushrooms of beneficial effects).

For massage, the session time selected governs the charge. When the shop first opened, there were some customer-friendly offers and you can add extra time if your budget and time allows. I was there for 3 hours at one session and got a discount from the owner without asking!

Unfortunatelty, parking is quite difficult and the road (Peter Street) is rather narrow and of late was being redeveloped but after 6.30pm a few parking spaces can be found in nearby roads around Wardour Street and nearby. Parking prices at local garages are somewhat prohibitive. The Tube may be the best option. The shop is open till at least 11pm or later if customers are many. Traffic wardens are prowling the area right through the early hours ready to ticket you, so beware!

All in all, it is a well recommended Chinese Health Shop.

Happy New Year to all. 1/1/10.
