Very amature service. As a 3rd generation Chinese on one side of my family, I speak Mandarin yet have a Western appearance. Be warned, the doctor in this establishment talks in offensive terms about his customers behind thier backs asuming they do not speak Chinese!! I would not normally comment on this kind of thing , but this kind of dishonerable behavior is NOT exclusive to this individual.

There is a kind of 'fair game' within some (not all) Chinese communities that suggests scamming (and mocking) Westerners is OK because of the 'supposed' size of thier wallets and a whole lot of other cultural issues, victimisation ideas and anger stored with in the history, DNA and Chinese consciousness. Maybe time to grow up?

We live in politically correct times, this is not to offend, every person on this planet has been slighted by another person or culture, and some may feel particularly slighted, but I tire of this notion of the wanly smiling Chinese man, who has been bullied by imperialism, and now now upholds the image of Oriental piety and moral rectitude. Nonsense! Talking behind customers backs would not be accepted anywhere else (I am not saying it does not happen) yet I have seen this behavior more times than I would have liked in what really amounts to a form of veiled, 'acceptable' racism.

Yes, Oriental Asians can be (and at times are) racist too, this is not to stir some big political, racial hot pot, I am glad we are all different and certainly 'here' to share our collective cultural wisdoms. Chinese medicine is but one of many valid healing modalities and I respect it, yet the of behavior of this doctor puts it to shame.

To the Chinese community, which I am part of by genotype, please grow up and if you want to do the beautiful Chinese culture proud, avoid this type of pretentious behavior, the Chinese culture stands on its own, next to the other 'brothers/sisters' of this earth without being the best or the most mistreated or any such
