Tower Barbers

I've been going to Greg for 10 years now. As another poster has said, this does exactly what a good barbers should - no frills, a few good jokes, a bit of 1960s/1970s music in the background and a haircut the way you've asked for it. I will go back for as long as he's in business, though I agree his place could do with a bit of redecoration.

Great value for money place to get your hair cut. No messing, no frills, some good jokes, some bad jokes and an encylopeadic knowledge of music.
Don't go if you are looking for highlights and a facial scrub.
Do go if you think a hair cut is exactly that and should take no more than 10 minutes.

the guy who cut my hair was nice but the place could be (much) cleanier.
i didn't really mind because i was in a rush and really needed to get my hair cut but don't think i'm ever going to go back there.
