I use this barbershop everytime i visit
London , great service and relaxed vibe,
Had a really nice shave last time, first class, never give ten out of ten as some things can always be better .

This was by far the worst experience in quality and service. I had a 12-minute hair cut by a very abrasive, rude and passive-aggressive woman who did not listen to any of my requests. I got that kind of hair cut that you feel embarassed about for the next weeks.

When I complained to the manager I was assured that the "hair stylist" was the best they had. I would have one a better job myself with my head hanging over the toilet and with an electric razor in my hand...in the dark.

I always use them, they are very friendly, well priced for what they offer. I always enjoy the soothing head wash massage sitting on their massage chair. The whole xperience is always very relaxed and they listen carefully to what you want. Been going there for more than 2 years now and never had any issues.

Yes it is expensive, but they are fast, friendly and do a very good job.
