Hi,

I am a man.
I have just had the most horrible haircut experience ever and I do not even wish this to my worst enemy...
I have been "taken care of" by the alleged Manager.
She did the complete opposite of what I asked, I ended up having to have it cut with clippers number 4 for and I look like a prisoner...

I might have not have expressed my wishes completely perfectly, but she did not dig and try to see what I really wanted.
She argued that with a scissor haircut, that would not have happened, but telling me that it is more expensive..As if I would not have paid the extra 6 pounds to look like myself...

I sort of share responsibility for not explaining things properly, but she should not assume we are all hairdressers and know what is number 4 in clippers.

I have been to many places where they start with the clippers and then style it with scissors, but not them, if you pronounce the word clippers; you are up for a prisoner haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not once did she apologize for what she did and when I told her I was upset, she told me I can leave (with half a hair cut) done, literally...and I don't pay or she finished the disaster she started and I pay...
I was not going to leave with half a haircut so I had to have the patience to get this finished without looking at what is the new me for another 30 days
...
Looking at how little sorry she was for this, I was upset and have told her that I was not happy, she told me I was being rude! Who wouldn't have been??
She ended up being very rude to me and telling me she doesn't care about what happened.
Absolutely no customer service skills, no people skills and definitely not any hairdressing skills.

I am so upset I feel like throwing up and I would never recommend this place to anyone!
This lady should not be allowed to get to management position and if she deals with difficult situations the way she has dealt with mine, I wonder how this shop stays in business.
