Definitely all good. A very welcoming person is Mario. I’ve known him for well over 25 years and would recommend him to all. He has a very pleasant attitude to all of his customers. He’s got a smile for everyone or even as you pass by if he sees you. Top service from atop man.

In the past when I returned from the barber my wife would look at me and say, “What have they done to you?” Not anymore. Now she smiles and says, “Oh great. You have been to Mario’s."

Mario's barbers is the best, most welcoming barber in north London. I recently moved to work in Norwich and always travel down to London to get my hair cut. Pure banter with mario and the gang. Im a big fan of Nicko working there. He pays attention to detail: extremey reliable and yiu always leave feeling satisfied with the cut. You cant change barbers when you're used to the best. Highly recommend him!

I used to get my haircut here before I moved away and haven't been able to find a better barber since. Queues can be be long but says something when people are happy to wait to get their haircut here. Atmosphere is good and I like that they take their time.

Absolutely love Mario's, everything is great, great people, great service and of course great haircuts. Love Nick, he's a lovely chap with great skill and precision. Highly recommended!

I always go to Mario's for a haircut, even if it means waiting 2 hours, it's worth it - bring a book or earphones to pass the time away. The long queue is testament to his skills and popularity. Mario's has found an excellent colleague in Nick, who is equally skilled and experienced. They leave it up to yourself if you want to chat or not, they both follow your lead, and it makes it a very pleasant experience overall.

Very nice guys - Salim was quick and efficient, happy to offer advice, pleasant chat but not overbearing, and good value too.
There are often a few people in the waiting room (a good sign), so bring a paper.

The only thing I don't like about this place is that I only found it a year ago! Both Mario and Salim are great guys and make you feel welcome...
Most important though is the hair cut, and they take great pride, and time, in giving every single customer a fantastic cut...
I even tried a new style on the advice of Salim, and despite being a little skeptical, I actually thought it looked much better then my usual cut... Will keep going to these guys for years to come...

Just bring something to do...a queue forms due to their superior work!

I've been to all the barbers around Holloway, Seven Sisters, Cally etc but Mario's is by far the best. Wicked customer service. Both Mario and Salim cut hair exceptionally. No matter where I moved to in London I don't mind travelling to get my hair cut at Mario's. My barber for life, I'll even bring my kids to Mario's. 10/10 no doubt about it.

Best barbers shop in North London. Mario and Salim (think that's how it spelt) take a lot of pride in making sure its a great atmosphere for customers to have a laugh while waiting.
Mario even offers to buy his customers hot drinks on a regular basis.
Great fade everytime.

Worth waiting for!
A testament to Mario's skills is the healthy queue of people waiting for a cut 'long' may they continue!
Mario is a decent stand up guy and a gem who treats every customer with decency and respect and you can see the genuine care and time he has for people.
A good pile of reading material reflecting a wide range of interests awaits from the economist to the sun he caters for every taste, it does not go unnoticed by regulars and those about to become.
He has got a new guy who does a great job too.
No lollipop for me LOL but its lovely to see the little touc

I had been looking for 10 years to find a decent haircut and paid up to £50 in flashy hairdressers until i found this gem.
Mario and his staff take time and pay great attention to detail for their customers. This barber, at £9, is an absolute steal and I won't be getting my haircut anywhere else from now on.
There is nothing I can fault about Mario's service, Friendly, clean and an excellent cut. 10/10.

Truly a great barber shop experience. A very welcoming and sociable atmosphere. Both Mario and Salim cut your hair just as you ask. You will leave smiling if not laughing.

Mario's is a brilliant place for a great haircut and a nice chat. He's a skilled barber, the cut was professional and more than you'd expect for £9! Not short of conversation, and it was time and money well spent.

I live in Canterbury now but still travel to marios for a slick cut, I cannot fault any part of the service provided , great value , great atmosphere, always makes sure your happy with the cut, they. Should be proud. Of their establishment.

Started with Mario, when he was in York Way, more year's ago than I care to remember, and stayed with him when he moved to Holloway Road; he takes great care cutting your hair, as you want it cut. The shop is always clean and your made very welcome.
If your looking for a rally good haircut, I cannot recommend Mario more strongly.

I have been having my hair cut at Marios for about 5 years now. It's a clean and friendly, welcoming place. The great thing is that they never "interperate" - you tell them what you want and that's exactly what you get! Great. If you want to chat that's fine or if you just want to close your eyes and relax while you hair is cut that's fine too.

just like to say its the best barbers ive ever been to and ive been to many. mario is friendly and sociable theres always a gtreat atmosphere whenever i go there ive told family and friends and they have always been satisfied all in all a great place...
