Lucky Nails

The salon was clean, there was a good selection of colours and services offered and the price was reasonable (£20 for gels), however I would not return or reccomend.
My experience would have been better if they had been honest with the wait time, I had to wait much longer than I was told.
When I was about to leave I was told they were ready and they seated me and put my hands in acetone to remove my gels. I was then left for a further half hour and now unable to leave.
When I was seen, the lady went to use the drill to remove them, I explained the reason I had gels was to avoid the drill as it had previously severely weakened my nails. I explained that it has never been used in other salons when having gels. She obliged to begin with however then said that she could not do it without the drill and used it, despite my request not to.
I was further disappointed as within 2 days, 3 of my nails had chipped when usually they last about 2 weeks.
Overall a disappointing ex

They're always really friendly..

I have my nails done in there religiously every 2 weeks and they always offer me a cup of tea and fix anything that might go wrong i.e broken nail etc at great value.

Will not get my nails done anywhere else now.
