Very unprofesssional and often rude. Very hard to make an appointment with different members of staff saying different things. No appointment was ever on time and there is no consideration for customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! they have now changed their name to CLINIC A, but by reading customer reviews ive seen that they have not changed anything else but the name. if anything they've only changed for worse.
The laser machines used for hair removal are ancient and you get no outcome no matter how many sessions you attend.they have one new machine which is better and does what it should do but its too precious for them to use so i dnt see the point of it being there.
When you try and talk to the manager (Mr Turgut) you get shouted at by him and get called a liar and all sorts.i told him that im not getting an outcome from the machines they use, he blames me and says i must have hormone problems, which i 100% know i havent.
i have spoken to other customers there and we all complain about the same things!!! getting appointments is hard, when you get an appointment your rushed out of treatments. you get all the staff walking in and out of treatment rooms when your lying there naked, you have no right to say anything to any one that works there (including the manager) no matter what problems you have with the way your treated...i could go on and on about this place theres so much to say. IM SURPRISED A PLACE LIKE THIS IS ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

Previously, I received face-laser treatment from this clinic. They are always rude, unconsidered, unfriendly. They never tell you that they have cancelled your appointment, which you can not do anything at that time. Additionally, you can never complain about their services once they take your money, as they do not have a refund policy. Last but not least, be careful about your time when you are served by them as they can steal your treatment time if a new customer has come up at the time you are being served. They have a policy which says “A new customer is always more valuable than those in hand.”

Thanks

Note: Anyone who has read this information does not believe me, they can ask for policies (refund policy etc.), and learn what they do if you missed your appointment, how long does a treatment take (1 year, two year…).

Unlike other reviewers below, I have received good service from Pasha Clinic – and I too bought a LivingSocial voucher for microdermabrasion sessions for use with Pasha Clinic. I communicated not by phone but via e-mail to arrange my appointments (as is stipulated on the Groupon voucher) and they respond within the same day of my e-mails. Apart from that, the microdermabrasion treatment itself has been producing the best results on my complexion that I have ever experienced from microdermabrasion (and I consider myself a veteran of microdermabrasion as I’ve been having microdermabrasion for at least 7 years on and off from a few centres in London for fine lines, old acne scars and enlarged pores) – the polished effect on my complexion after each session also lasts for several days, unlike other microdermabrasion treatments I have had elsewhere. As usual, the skill of the therapist/beautician is all important. My complexion stays so even and radiant from Pasha Clinic’s microdermabrasion for days afterwards. So far I’ve had 3 treatment sessions I am so pleased. The premises may not be impressive, but the result on my complexion from the microdermabrasion treatment here certainly surpass those I’ve experienced from other seemingly more plush clinics in London. I would thoroughly recommend Pasha Clinic for this treatment. Paul

Great value for money and a great team whom are very knowledgable. Dr Kargin is always around and gives great advice, she doesnt spoon feed you to buy treatments which I have witnessed in a lot of clinics instead gives you the right advice and if the treatment is not for you she will tell you not to waste your money, even if she isnt around her assistant is very knowledgable and hes a male :D

Started in 2009 when I purchased full body laser hair removal for £1000 unlimited sessions (the clinic opposite in maddox street wanted £2500 for 6 sessions using the same laser!). I have had 20 sessions now and only coming back once every year. have had a reduction of about 80% and to be honst im happy as it is as the remaining hairs are very fine and take a long time to grow back. What impressed me about Pasha Clinic is that every year they change there laser machines to bring in the latest technology I started off with a yag laser then q-switch then alexandrite and now a diode laser which is amazing and pain free. I had various other treatments with the clinic including regen cellulite treatment purchased via groupon and also microdermabrasion purchased via groupon have had no problems.

The only negative I have with Pasha Clinic is trying to gert through on the phone as the lines are near enough constantly busy however found a ressolution for that as well just send emails now.

The staff are very friendly and will ressolve any problems for you at the reception. Some of the girls dont speak great english however very good at the treatments and I suppose im not there to socialise but to have my treatment.

Great value for money and will continue to have treatment with them for a long time!

bring on the next groupon deal!

Continued ...At the same time the therapist had told me the procedure of the new laser treatment. When I asked him about this, he started shouting at the therapist that she got all wrong in front of me…and when I told him he was rude, started shouting at me too!!
After 2.5 years the doctor finally decided to make a review and said that they now have a ‘new laser’ which finishes most hair in just 3 sessions. I was really hoping she was right. Unfortunately they wasted another year of mine, with appointment cancellations, other useless lasers(as the new one would always be on service!) On top of all these, she gave about 50 mins for a full body, and would give the appointments every 9 weeks. I sent them a text complaining about all of these and that I still had thick hair on my face and upper arm etc. She told me that I had problems with my hormones and that I should have hirsutizm investigation. I went to two doctors and had the tests and they told me everything was normal!!
My last appointment was in April and they cancelled all the other appointments. This week I had a review, she was just so rude!! She did not let me tell her about my complaints, started shouting at me saying that I shouldn’t say the same things. ( but what have you done with the complaints???) she said that I should tell my stupid doctor that I was not normal and that I had hormonal issues. I then gave up trying to explain to her how I feel..But she wouldn’t stop telling me off…All I said was why do you have this attitude towards me? Try to put yourself in my shoes. She then said ok I’m stopping your laser sessions.
I raised my voice and said ‘you are to blame with my situation and I do not recommend your clinic to no one.’
This clinic is just crap, waste of money and time. All they care about is money. The clinic is extremely disorganised, unprofessional and they have no respect to customers.

This is probably the worst clinic in London!! Please avoid it!!
I started my laser sessions about 3.5 years ago first with underarms. Then there was an offer with full body laser removal, which I started 2.5 years ago. I didn’t even have a consultation with the doctor, all they did was take the money and not explain a single thing about the treatment procedure. They did not tell me that certain hair on the face and body should not be trimmed as laser does not work on thin hair. (I actually shaved the unwanted hair, I blame them as they did not tell me anything!!)

At first I was at the Newington green clinic but with no reason I was sent to Maddox clinic. The therapists are not trained properly (I’m not surprised as they are trained by Dr Kargin) At each session there would a problem which would make me so upset. The therapists are not clear about the length of the hair should be, they burnt my skin twice…They would cancel my appointments for no reason. At each session they would use a different laser machine. And they would always say that a new laser is to come which is very advanced. But these new lasers would always be on service as they wouldn’t work properly. At one session, the laser stopped working 3 times and I was told to go outside and wait for it to for each time. They had the new laser next door but they wouldn’t use it on me because mine was full body!! I was really upset, at the end they started using the new laser on me, but the doctor and other therapists came in to the room unexpectedly until my session was finished. I was really angry, all they said was that it was the doctor’s room and they need things in the room.
After a year, a lot of my facial hair and hair on my upper arm was getting thicker. I tried to get in touch with the doctor, but she was unreachable or abroad. I emailed her but did not get no reply from her. At the end I explained my concern to the receptionist guy and he TOLD ME THAT IT IS GOOD THAT MY HAIR IS GETTING THICK!! At

It is really surprising to see any positive comment in here about this clinic. And I wonder how it still operates if the standards do not even meet the minimum of the H&S requirements. Went to the clinic for my first appointment for laser hair removal in early June. Opened the door and this is the scene I came across: a lady in flip flops and t-shirt standing in the middle of the room with a syringe up in the air in one hand (with some liquid content) and the mobile phone in the other shouting in the phone in what I later found out was Turkish. Behind her an open door with a half naked chap lying on the treatment couch. I stood in the middle confused and then I saw other people waiting near the window and took my seat. For around half an hour nobody approached me. Then I saw a lady calling out the name of a patient and I approached her and said that I had a treatment. She asked me to wait until 'Dr' Cargin saw me. God save us from Doctors like Cargin... Anyway, my turn came and I was taken to a room at the far end of the clinic. I asked if I could use the loo before the start of the treatment and Cargin who was handing me to the nurse had a go on me and said that I should hurry up because the time would go from my appointment. I had had laser treatments before in really good clinics so knew what to expect. The nurse prepared the couch for me and as she was preparing to do my underarms I asked if she could wipe it because I perspired (who wouldn't after the initial shock). She looked around and gave me a dirty towel which was on the floor. I refused and used my scarf. As she was doing my bikini the door opened and dr Cargin and a mate came in with a tray of take away food. I don't want to go in details how I jumped and what I felt then but she said something in Turkish and the nurse, after Cargin left, said to me that the treatment was over leaving it half way through. That was my first and last treatment obviously...

I only gave this 1 star as you can't give 0. Never, ever go to this salon, especially not if you would like to use a Groupon voucher. They never answer the phone. If you do manage to get an appointment it will be for the shortest possible time. I had a voucher for Endermologie, suggested appointment time 35-45 minute per session, they worked on my legs without consulting me on what I would like results wise for 7 minutes on an impossibly high setting then said that it was done, saw no improvement (unsurprisingly) and the staff are rude, have conversations in Turkish to their colleagues outside of the room during your treatment, have rows with their boyfriends on the phone in reception, i could go on... Please, please don't waste your money.

I booked 6 rejuvenating sessions of microdermabrassion and I am on my 5th one now with great results. My skin tone has improved and it has removed the patches on my face. My skin looks much younger and is glowing. I rarely use foundation now and I get great compliments about how young I look. I will definitely do it again next year. The natural creams and vitamin spray they give you also keep the skin looking good. they are not oily or too greasy and that's what I prefer to put on my face. Miss RDM

I paid for a session of "unlimited" laser treatment from Pasha. "Doctor" Kargin saw me once, and then never again. She canceled without notice on more than 3 occasions. The treatment also doesn't work very well-Ive had treatment elsewehere and its worked faster. Many, many, many other women have complained about this clinic, but they are still open and ripping people off. The treatment is non-refundable and this was not communicated when I bought the package. The terms and conditions also change frequently without notice. Doctor is never present in the clinic, only when the money is taken. Written or verbal complaints are ignored, and then you are told to take legal action and get your lawyer to contact them. Machines are often broken.
