I went to the shop and got my nails done when i got home and ate my food as soon as i ate my nail chipped off and started to break and the length was croaked i went back to the shop to tell the staff that this happened she was like we dont do guarantee and she was getting rude to my friende that was next to me she was like "i am not talking to you i am talking to her i have perfect english", then she kicked use out we went back in to complain she physicaly pushed use out and closed the door i could of gottne better nails for £15 i had paid £20 for nails that looked crooked and i didnt get a refuned or got them fixed.

I asked them to redo my ONE BROKEN NAIL, which was painted classic red. They said they would have to take the colour off all of them to make it match, I was ****ed off about this (because it's classic red? surely they can match it?) but reluctantly agreed. I made it clear they only needed painting as it was a brand new set.
Next thing I know the lady is filing down all my other nails, massively thinning my acrylics which I repeatedly asked her not to do because it makes the chance of them snapping higher! I only had three days growth underneath so I did not need infills.
I pointed out they looked like they were going to snap now, which she agreed with, Then she tried to make me pay for more acrylic on them to fix them after!
All of my nails broke a few days after. I refused to pay for a new set when I had gone in there with ONE BROKEN NAIL AND THE REST WERE PERFECT!!
I felt ripped off and angry. my first set in a year lasted less than a week (usually 3 weeks).

I never complain online but I went for a full set of nails (I've been getting my nails done for 10 years now so know what to expect and how long they should last etc) It all seems to be about money for the nail part of the shop. (I had a blow dry and it was a pleasant experience) I had to go back a few days later as the top coat wasn't applied properly and my nails needed a new paint already. It looked awful. It's been a week now and 2 of my nails have spilt completely from over half way down and it is quite painful. 2 other nails have begun to spilt too. They use cheap acrylic which is why this happens. Customer service needs to improve dramatically this place is awful. Unfriendly rude staff have no interest in what they do. Have recently been left with my eyebrows In a bad state she wasn't paying attention and took off a chunk of my brow. Only interested in your money. Was In and out in 5 mins. Never going back!!

They can improve by greeting customers when they walk in. I went to the store yesterday to get my eye brows threaded. There were no customers, but there were three members of staff in side. The three women looked at me as I entered and continued their conversation. One was on the phone, the other was eating and one walked into a back room. I waited to at least be acknowledged, nothing. One of them finished on the phone and then started a conversation with the one who was eating. I got up and walked out, I will never ever return. They are unbelievably rude and clearly do not value customers.

I went for a bikini wax and it was the worst experience i have ever had in a beauty parlour or anywhere. The lady left me bleeding, she was rushing and jabbing and didn't even stop when i was in visible pain. Ive told everyone i know to seek out a qualified professional when getting waxed as these people are neither
