Princess Nails

Went in for French tips - horrendous paint job and rude nail tech. He was stroppy and aggressive.

DO NOT go to this place. Shocking.

I have had my nail extensions done hear for years never been disappointed wouldn’t go anywhere else the manager has done my nails many times and is a perfectionist !

The worst nail experience and customer service ever - that left me shocked and speechless! I asked for acrylic mid length nails square shaped with slightly oval edges.
After cutting the tips I was pleased with the length and let him proceed. After shaping the nails they all became different form and length, so I had to ask him to correct almost every single nail, but he couldn't do so - he kept filing my nails until the point they became too short, thick and all of different shape. Glue and was everywhere, I still could see border of the tips on the side, and upper coat was applied evenly. I tried to explain that he did poor job and I offered to pay half price, but he did not want to listen to me, he became really nervous, angry and aggressive, he was shouting that it's how I wanted my nails to be done and I have to pay full price. He even took nail clippers and wanted to cut my nails while standing at reception desk. I was so scared of him, so just paid full price and left quick

I came twice to get gel on my nails, not acrylic, just plain and simple, they chipped less than one week after I had them done. £30 for a full set! When I went back to get it fixed, they charged me £10 and re-did all the nails. Again they have all chipped, now I've taken the gel off myself and my nails underneath look like ive had acrylics on, they are so damaged, brittle and all have split!! They are so sore. The girls are lovely but the manager Timi really isn't. Don't bother here

I've been here for manicure and pedicure many times and I'm always happy with the results. The price is very good too.

I just had my lashes tinted, well...they tried. Have had this done 100’s of time but never coming back here. Be warned, dye pushed into my eye and on my clothes.
