I’m absolutely appalled by this business. I went and got my acrylics and shellac done, I left pleased and satisfied and had no complaints. The next morning I woke up with a message sent from one of the employees (perhaps even the owner) that was rather appalling. The message was accusing me of leaving a negative review and went on further to say I was no longer allowed in their store and “good luck with my life”. I need to emphasize this entire message was rife with rudeness and accusation and the good luck came from a place of rudeness and sarcasm. It was harassment. I did not write the negative review and phoned the nail shop to remedy this. On the phone call, I kept being accused even though I did not write the negative review and was spoken to with so much disrespect and the employee laughed in my face and ended the call on my face. I then visited the nail shop because I do not stand for such appalling behavior and I received no apology, and was in fact kicked out of the store. This place is disgusting. Do not visit their business, they are not worthy of your time or money. I have never in my life come across a business that personally harasses customers if they THINK they left a negative review. It is just absurd. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Having my nails done is a treat for me... with 2 children spare money for a set of acrilic nails is rare...
I normally go 2 a nail shop literally 5 mins from this shop and my nails have been beautiful...
NOT THE CASE with this nail shop , I asked for white tips and paied £38 for nails that Im embarrassed for people 2 see.
The nails were put on in a rushed Manor and are clearly wonky and just looking horrible...

lovely service, nice workers who actually talk to you with a nice atmosphere. I got refill with deign for a brilliant priceand the design was done well!

Amazing value, very professional and efficient staff. They only take walk-ins and the decor is a little outdated, but the service is top-notch. Would defo recommend to a friend.
