Lies, lies and more lies went in Monday afternoon at 5:30 for a manicure and my friend wanted a pedicure, we were told 5 minutes. After 5 mins my friend was told to sit in the chair for her pedicure and soak her feet she was left there for 20 minutes. I was still waiting to be seen with more and more people coming in being told more lies 15 mins wait, 10 mins wait etc. at 40 mins I then spoke to the lady who seemed to be running this sham and informed her I was next close to an hour of waiting they then asked someone to sit for a manicure that had come in after me. When I said I was next they looked baffled and I walked out. 1 hour of my life I will never get back why do they think lying is the best thing for their customers I prefer to be honest. Do not waste your life go anywhere, anywhere else so unprofessional and simply not worth stepping through that door.

Went here for a laser hair removal course and was bitterly disappointed. They advertise a deal "buy 5 sessions and the 6th is free" however when it came to the 6th treatment, I was still asked to pay for it in full. The excuse was poor - blaming a former employee who apparently gave me the wrong information about how the deal is supposed to work. I was clearly missold and nothing was done about it apart from a half-hearted "sorry, not my fault" at the till. I would recommend going somewhere else, where you would actually get the discount/deal that you are promised.

I have visited Lemoge Clinic for Laser Hair Removal. Nasira is very professional, easy to talk to and explains everything thoroughly. I would thoroughly recommend her and will certainly continue to use her for my future treatments.

Really nice Botox doctor, Dr H-I have seen her for years, and I'm really really glad she's back from maternity leave.

The customer service needs huge improvement. I believe 'the customer is always right' doesn't fit well with the staff at this clinic. Rude and ignorant staff who like to laugh at customers and make comments in their language.

I have been using this place for years. I love my beautician, she gets my eyebrows perfect each time. She also does my waxing, I am very very happy.

Disgusting customer service. I called at 6.20pm to be told if I made it there in 10 minutes I would probably be seen as they would be closing at 6.40, so I rushed to get there and was then told everyone was busy I said 'so I should come another day?' and was then laughed at and told that would probably be a good idea. Don't advertise as being open till 7 if you aren't. I have been going there for over a year now and after this incident I won't return. I answer phone calls all day and would never have spoken to anyone so rudely.

I really like this place, I try to get monthly waxes done here and the 1st time I did it, I nervously had to remove my underwear. Fortunately the woman was nice and asked if I was alright and made conversation. I found it fairly funny her indulging in talk while I was in the nude. The prize is also reasonable. I highly recommend this place :)

Nice professional staff, good eye brow threading, and cleansing facials really helped my dry skin. Would definately reccomend!

People, stay away from this place! I had the worst experience ever in this place. My manicure was so awful it spoiled the entire weekend. The customer service is very strange too!
