avoid this place for colouring at all costs. had a good experience with facialists, but colourist, named Lula (dont go to her) botched my root job, and now my roots are darker than when i went in, and then she refused to fix it afterwards. now i have black roots on the sides and highlights on the top of my head due to her initial effort to fix it. i will go back to my usual more expensive place and have learned my lesson.
