Hey guys, I agree that this beauty salon was in a horrible condition before but it now has new owners. They have entirely redone the whole place - it looks so much better now! Also, I was really pleased with the beauty therapists' work and attitude there. I had my nails done and the prices were very reasonalble. You should definitely check it out sometimes! :))

Right, without ranting and just trying to be completely fair and honest: DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS SALON!!!

I booked a brazilian wax and when i got there the lady told me that if I wanted a 'landing strip' then i would have to pay 40 quid when I had booked a Brazilian for £23! isn't a brazilian a landing stip????!!!

The lady was rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. definitely not trained.

There are so many better options in hammersmith so please don't make the same mistake I did.

I have been going to this salon for over eight years, not on a regular basis but often enough to feel that I can rate it. Treatments I have had cover massage, tinting, waxing and facials. My experiences on the whole have been pleasent and the products used of good quality (ie Decleor). However for the prices charged, there is no wow factor. Staff turnover seems high, the salon is very cosy, and perhaps could do with a bit of a makeover. I have had a few accidents also, ie eyelash tint dropped on my face and then rubbed off causing abrasion, and also dropped in my (blonde)hair which certainly taints what should be a relaxing experience! I would like to remain loyal to this salon, but I do not feel that I am willing to risk another such encounter, especialy when I ask for an experienced therapist when booking. Again, the fact that I even ask for one is perhaps a sign....
