After finding this beautician online and trying it out, I feel compelled to warn other potential searches to avoid this parlour at all costs. After travelling for months to a brilliant beautician in Angel, I felt I needed to find something closer to home. I booked in for an eyebrow and thong bikini wax. The parlour itself is out dated and pokey, above the counter is a large poster of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of their service, which creates a very imposing and unfriendly atmosphere. Although the beautician did an okay job of my eyebrows, she only performed a ‘regular’ bikini wax, which I noticed later at home. Although I went back the next day to get the difference back between services (a mere £6) the receptionist told me this was not possible without management consent! I felt really ripped off. Although they are cheap prices, this salon is not worth it! Go somewhere else!!

If you want to pay double for a flashy interior that's up to you but this place is efficient, professional. hygienic and friendly. Re. the previous person, she is clearly a whiner, because if she had approached the maanger herself she would have found a very positive response. Once in 15 yrs I was unhappy with a pedicure performed by a new member of staff and he gave me a free treatment for whatever I wanted as an apology, which I don't consider poor service at all. I had my eyebrows threaded here for the first time ever, and once I told my technician that, she made sure to be extra-careful and gentle. It truly did not hurt and I was so relaxed. The price is such a bargin as well...I will definitely always go back here for my eyebrows.

The salon is not very well kept and a bit tatty however the prices are very reasonable for Clapham so I always go there for a facial and would reccomend if you're on a budget.

For a bikini wax: The salon isn't very pretty or well presented, but it is hygenic and the staff are very quick and thorough. You definitely won't end up needing it done again the following week.
