Had a lovely facial done today at the Guinot salon in Mayfair. Right from the very moment you step inside you know you are going to be well looked after. I was offered a refreshment, and was lead to my treatment room minutes after arriving. My treatment was done by a lovely therapist named Michelle who was very thorough in her consultation and product knowledge and recommendations.And to top this all off, whilst I was at reception paying, I was given a Christmas card signed by all the staff. Lovely personal touch.

I have been coming to this Salon since 2009. All the staff are excellent I go to all the girls. Paula is the most friendly efficient person you will ever meet.
I have told so many people about this place, and now my husband is a client also.

It is quite simply the best Guinot salon in town.
I was very impressed by the customer service as well as by their friendliness and knowledge of the Guinot products and treatments.
I really felt treated as an individual , highly recommended.

I found this beauty parlour to be extremely disappointing.
Having used Guinot for around 30 years in Paris and having the facials there I expected it to be on the same level of service.
My therapist was not english speaking and seemed to be in a hurry throughout my treatment.
The receptionist was very rude while I paid, talking on the phone and not even thanking me.
I wanted to buy products but wasn't offered any, and the salon is so clinical I didn't even see them on display.
The staff were rushing around a lady in the reception who obviously was more important than me so I will never be back here.
I've since found the Guinot treatments at nearby Beauty Essence in Mayfair which is excellent.
