I've been a customer for years, since it opened (15 I think). The owner is so speedy and painless at waxing and after one of her facials I can't move its so relaxing. 10/10

Worst place and customer service! Lady put peeling treatment inside my eyes, i was left in a room for over 30 mins bcos the lady forgot I was there while she assisted ppl upstairs since theres only 1person working in the whole place!! I paid £70 for a treatment I didn't even have!.. Don't go there

The service was the worst I have ever experienced. While not my first time at the salon, my experience yesterday was so terrible I felt I had to comment. It is not appropriate to ask your clients to fan you while they are paying for services and it is nice to offer water on hot days and have a fan.

Great service and reasonable prices, small but they do everything you need.
