I was there twice. First time I got bad iritation after a Eye Brow Waxing.First time it happend to me and I did this many times before in the other beauty places. Second time they cancel my appoitmeat for a facial(I was late 8-10 min.)According to their policy they should do this after 15 min late.Receptionist said they phoned me but it wasn't true I checked that.I haven't got any phone calls from them.It was very important for me.They did not try to solve this in some positve way.They have got already another customer in my place.I would like to mention that I was late because two youngsters attacked an old Lady and I tryed help her.
Very disappointed customer
