Enquired about laser hair removal and was told I needed a patch test so they could give me a quote. Fair enough. Did the patch test, they quoted me almost twice the laser hair place in East Dulwich - then insisted I gave them £40 for the patch test! At no point was I told this would cost me £40! Total waste of money. Won't be back.

Recently visited Lesley Leale-Green for the first time and had a hot stone massage and Hydradermie facial...IT WAS AMAZING!! Been to many spas before but Lesley Leale Green is amazing. The girl that looked after me knew how to help and made me feel so comforatble. I was provided with the right advice and knowledge and I came out feeling buzzing and relaxed...I will definetly be returning!!

I had a facial and a pedicure here, the facial was lovely however the pedicure was atrocious, my six month old child could have made a better job of painting my toenails. I complained and was given the opportunity to have another pedicure at my convenience (I explained it was actually quite inconvenient as I would need to find childcare). A couple of months later I arranged for someone to look after the baby, went back to the spa and wanted to upgrade the pedicure to a facial and pay the difference, simple enough you would think except with confusion over the booking I found out AFTER the treatment that this was 'against company policy'(why!!??) and had to pay £53 for the facial GRRRRR!!!! I want to complain but staff including the manager are powerless and I just keep being referred to 'head office' who I assume is Lesley Green herself? who can't be contacted directly and won't respond to messages. I have been trying for weeks to speak to someone without avail. I feel like I've spent a lot of money at this spa and been treated very poorly. Poor value for money, poor treatment and TERRIBLE customer care.
