Had my eyebrows done. Not asked what shape I wanted, and proceeded to do them. When I asked about this all I got was yes understand . Horrified when I saw result. When I raised this concern despite saying what I wanted . Response was no money back must pay.

Critical: Professionalism
It was a shocking and a horrible experience. The guy who did my wife's nails and cut them too short and she said she isn't happy with it and he started to SHOUT at her saying that she wants refund and didn't try to rectify or make nails better. One of the ladies came and made the most of what he did. I will never let my wife go there, its shocking!!
