I went in to the store and initially was very impressed by the service. I went on to spend nearly £400 in store.
When I got my clothes home I noticed that there was a fault with one item. The store manager refused to refund to exchange the item and told me he would have it repaired and sent to me in a few days. Having not heard anything over a week later, I called and was told they would be ready soon. When I complained I was told it was not a quality problem no apology was given.
So dissapointing that the store does not live up to the brand - especially the store manager.
