Avoid this shop at all costs, the quality of bags is utter rubbish.
I bought a school bag for my son, after just one month the straps snapped.
I took it back, and this shop assistant was extremely rude, would not give me an exchange, or refund.
I am going to be reporting this shop to Trading Standards, as I had a receipt.
