Gap

I always shop at Gap! and this store is the best in London! It has such great staff who are always at hand to help. I love that it has Kids and Baby so I can shop for my children as well as getting a new outfit for the weekend!

I went upstairs to the ladies section and although they hadn't got in store what I wanted I decided that as I had made the journey to London I would have a browse. I found another top I liked and wanted to purchase. I waited at the till to be served but no one came over to serve me even though they were only a few yards away and could see me. So I approached one of them and asked if anyone was serving. She then walked across the other side of me to ask another member of staff and came back to say no and that I would have to go downstairs to be served. It was diabolical service! They obviously didn't want my money so stuff them! I dumped my top downstairs and walked out really angry!
