I had a awful day shopping couldn't find anything in any of the shops, then I stumbled into Gap near Riley's. I was miserably looking at the clothes when I heard a fresh and happy voice, 'hi madam how may I help?' It was a sales assistant very smart and polite. He helped me find the right size jeans and some cute winter wear. He was a gem and I wanted to comment on his great service skills. I believe his name was Mosab. I hope he gets a promotion, for his top class service. I'll be sending all my friends. Thank you.
