Called into this beautiful little shop today, politely said "hello" to the man behind the counter, only to be ignored!! Carried on browsing, came across some beautiful shoes ask the man if he had my size, to be told no only next size down and they won't fit!, I asked to try them anyway to be told they won't fit! this person came across rude and requires some customer service skills.
