Lovely, friendly owners; amazing, special and reasonably priced stock. I could have stayed in there for hours.

This is a great vintage shop... One of the only true true vintage shops in the area... It sells an eclectic mix of vintage fashions- from absolute bargains to really beautiful one off antique finds for a little more. Amazing vintage hats, stunning Victoriana to sassy sixties minis, classic fifties prom dresses etc. Their newly opened basement sells items for less than ten pounds! One of my fave vintage shops in London! I find all of the owners very friendly and enthusiastic! A lovely place to visit!! They really know their stuff!

I went to this shop long time ago when it was just opened! was nice and not too expensive:-) was fun to talk to the shop owner too, he had eccentric taste of his own outfits!
but went recently when I came back from New York, it is changed and price shoot up so high! 2 very old people were selling them, and not friendly at all! the attitude to me was shocking!!!! and they looks like 2 old hippies, and have no taste of dressing themselves even! stock was not bad, but too expensive! plus the boring shop owners with bad mood..... where is the edge of this shop few years ago? where is that person used to own this place? soooooooo disappointing! would never go again.... shame!

The owner is still the same owner, I think you are talking about his dear old parents there! It's a family business. I think the prices are just about right for London vintage too (most pieces are hand-picked early vintage so not the heaps of 80s bargain fashion you find around the same area). A little unfair I think! :-(
