Avoid it, don’t spend a penny at "Eve couture"!
If there is anything wrong with anything you buy there, there is no way in hell that you can get your money back easily!
We bought a wedding dress there for £169 on the 2nd of July 2011. When we got home we found there were loose buttons, a small hole in front of the dress and that many of the threads were loose because of bad faulty sewing.
We went back to the shop next day wanting a full refund but all we heard was “No Exchange – NO REFUND!”
Now it is almost a a month later, we have written them letters, got the Woodgreen Shopping Mall Marketing manager to mediate, made phone calls, been to consumer direct and trading standards offices but all led us just to go to county court to get our money refunded.
"Eve Couture" trade on line, in Ebay, and sells on Amazon under the name "ME... & "Eve Couture"!
Don’t risk it, it is very likely you’ll have a long fight on your hand to get your money back if you want to return faulty goods for refund!
Our experience till now shows us "Eve Couture" has no respect for trading laws or consumer rights.
By the way "Eve Couture" is their trading name and the company is actually called "High Profile Stores Ltd".
